Metabolite Signature of Fresh and Long-term Stored Coffee Pulp and Husk

چکیده

Every product from the food and agriculture industry produces waste that can cause environmental pollution when carelessly discarded. Coffee husk pulp are main wastes generated by coffee processing. The secondary metabolites in these still be utilized, but their level affected long storage. This research aims to determine differences compounds obtained old fresh Gayo Arabica husk. samples extracted for GC-MS analysis similarities between long-term stored pulp. Results show type among metabolites. Among various compounds, caffeine is found all samples. pulp, such as caffeine, (Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid, palmitic used health agriculture.
